Chocolate Nutella Mug Pudding

These decadent chocolate nutella mug puddings are the ultimate dessert for all the sweet tooth's out there! Easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious!


Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour 
  • 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder 
  • 2 eggs 1 cup (250ml) milk 
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) vegetable oil 
  • 1/2 cup (165g) choc-hazelnut spread 
  • 4 scoops chocolate ice-cream, or dark chocolate broken into squares, to serve
Method: 
1. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl. Add eggs, milk and oil; whisk to combine. Pour mixture into 4 x 1½-cup (375ml) microwave-safe mugs. (Make sure you use the right-sized mugs or mixture will overflow.) Drop 1½ tablespoons spread into each mug. 

2. Microwave on MEDIUM for 1½ minutes or until cooked but slightly gooey in the centre. Top with chocolate squares, or ice-cream, if you like. Serve immediately.

*Notes: 
We used a 900-Watt microwave oven. If your microwave oven is a different wattage you may need to adjust the cooking time of the puddings. You could also serve the puddings topped with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
